Sales and Marketing Team

Business Development Management

  • Meet monthly sales targets through various selling strategies including cross selling and up selling
  • Identify potential new customers and generate long term sales
  • Proactively arrange meetings and build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop and grow a strong client base across your territory, developing strong relationships with key customers (i.e. Western Sydney, or CBD, East and Sydney South)
  • Account management, negotiate pricing and close on sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Osher Blue products

About you

  • Must have proven experience making B2B sales in a very short lead time environment.
  • Superior customer service skills with an ability to create long term relationships helping generate ongoing sales.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Passion for sales and closing deals
  • Australian Drivers License is essential
  • Candidates must have Australian working rights
