Business Development Management
- Meet monthly sales targets through various selling strategies including cross selling and up selling
- Identify potential new customers and generate long term sales
- Proactively arrange meetings and build a pipeline of opportunities
- Develop and grow a strong client base across your territory, developing strong relationships with key customers (i.e. Western Sydney, or CBD, East and Sydney South)
- Account management, negotiate pricing and close on sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Osher Blue products
You will be entitled to a highly rewarding commission structure in addition to the base + superannuation. Osher Blue management will also provide a vehicle & expense allowance.
This opportunity is well suited to a high performing sales professional looking to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have proven experience making B2B sales in a very short lead time environment.
- Superior customer service skills with an ability to create long term relationships helping generate ongoing sales.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Passion for sales and closing deals
- Australian Drivers License is essential
- Candidates must have Australian working rights
